CUT OUT ALL SUGAR ALTOGETHER
Reflective of the environment in which you live in and what is available seasonally sometimes, squeeze lemon or lime into hot water as a refreshing cleansing drink in the mornings.
1. I cut out all artificial sugars from diet if its possible as the body doesn't need sugar in the same way it needs salt.
2. .Try to make meal time more interesting instead of sugar by including fresh salads.
3. It is very tempting to eat the whole packet of biscuits or cakes so try not to purchase and consequently eat any at all.
4. limit sweets and treats for special occasions only.
Herbal teas ofourse make for great warm drinks in the winter.
